Product appreciation period (hesitation period)
Customized products and products not eligible for the 7-day return period.
You have a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) from the date the product arrives in your hands. If you need to return the product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving it and provide the required information.
Please include the following information: "Name", "Order Number", "Contact Number", "Name of Returned Item", "Reason for Return and Photos", etc.
Once received, our customer service staff will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Policy: Returned items must be unused and free from damage or malfunctions not caused by human error. The 7-day inspection period provided by the Consumer Protection Law is only for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs, and is not a trial period. If you are advised by our store to keep the complete original packaging (including the outer cardboard box), otherwise we regret that we will not accept returns.
Exchange Policy: We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at chaohsiangtrading@gmail.com.

Returns are not accepted in the following situations: when the product has exceeded the 7-day appreciation period.
Customized goods or goods damaged due to human factors, such as: stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, abrasions, or dirt. Returned goods with damaged or incomplete packaging, or with missing invoices or accessories.
Maliciously or in large quantities, returns.
Free shipping on orders over 4000 NTD.
If an order is returned and does not qualify for free shipping (including full refunds), the total amount must be paid to cover the original shipping fee (NT$70 for convenience store pickup, NT$100 for home delivery). The buyer will be responsible for the NT$60 return shipping fee.
Refund methods: For credit card payments: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be directly credited to the original credit card used for payment. For cash on delivery payments: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
